| Dear Parents, As a Club we are continually looking at ways in which we can improve, and also, how we can improve the communication given to parents. The main aim of the Club is to offer Football in the community, for all levels of ability, and we try to ensure that children enjoy their time at the club. As a Club, we now have 16 teams, consisting of over 200 members, with children aged between 5 and 17 being involved. This means that we have lots of different personalities and feelings to consider every time decisions are made. With so many members and parents now having an involvement and interest in the Club, we have decided to introduce a "PARENTAL COMMITTEE MEETING" on a monthly basis prior to our managers meeting so any concerns can be addressed immediately. The aim of this meeting will be to listen to any complaints or concerns that parents may have about the running of the Club or different age groups. We also hope that it will bring new ideas on how to improve the facilities and find new ways of funding so that the Club can improve on a yearly basis. Ideally we would like to see a representative from each age group, so that we can ensure that all future decisions are beneficial to all age groups. So if you are interested in being more involved in the future of the Club and helping to ensure that the West End Boys and Girls go from strength to strength, please contact you Childs Manager or alternatively contact Kevin Potts or Myself. |
